Caught yourself daydreaming? That's great!

The mind is a beautiful thing, a vast collection of thoughts, ideas and dreams. It dwarfs any of the world's supercomputers when it comes to processing and storing one's life, each and every moment of it. I read that the mind is so powerful, that it does not really forget ANYTHING. That's right, the mind, your memory, never forgets. All the things that you see, hear, taste, smell and feel are all inside your head right now.

The time when you got the your first dog. (I'm not a dog person, I just assumed many are)

When you first saw the most amazing bonsai ever made. (That would be cool-a 100 year old bonsai)

The smell of the most disgusting food that you ever saw, but in a peculiar way, tasted rather good.

(Dinuguan maybe? I hope Andrew Zimmern (www.andrewzimmern.com) recommend Dinuguan to his viewers)

Felt the sun shining down on you as you bask in the glory of a guilt-free weekend get away.

(When will the next one be?)

It is just a matter of accessing that information. Not surprising though is that the memories that you tend to remember easily are those that gave you great joy or sadness or excitement or fear or gratitude or anxiety.

So, one can really be in control of everything that he thinks of, because you have a whole lot of information just idly standing by in your head, it's up to you to make good use of it.

I have a habit of daydreaming, A LOT. Most of my daydreams include scenes when I'm opening my 100 door apartments in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, France and London. I also daydream about checks coming to my mail and my phone ringing off the hook because of buyers and sellers of good deal properties. Another would be crossing the finish line of an Iron Man triathlon event. But what I'm most fond of is a day dream when I'm spending time with my family, my parents (that includes my in-laws), friends, my siblings with their own children and with my beloved wife and our own children which I will call vessels of happiness and grace.

It is said that the things that you think most of and often, materializes. You send vibrations to the universe, influencing matter and molecules to move and come into action so that your visions, thoughts and dreams come into reality.

I'd like for you to do the same thing, visualize all the things that you want to happen to you and the people you love. Help these daydreams by writing them down and posting them on your wall, printing out pictures so you will be constantly reminded by the things that you want to have or be.

In all things, persevere,
